Technical Manager (Laboratory, QC & R&D)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Manager to lead the  technical efforts across our Laboratory, Quality Control (QC), and Research & Development (R&D) teams.

You will drive product innovation from initial concept to commercialisation while ensuring our process and product quality remains world-class.

This role offers significant autonomy to shape technical strategy, manage a dedicated team of six direct reports, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver major manufacturing and commercial outcomes.
