Technical Manager (Mandarin speaking, Based at Customer Site in Selangor, Malaysia)

We are looking for a “Technical Manager” to lead and manage the daily operations of our roll grinding workshop. This role ensures all activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production specifications, schedules, cost targets, and quality standards. You will also be responsible for production planning and service delivery within the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production technicians and operators to maintain high‑quality standards.
• Ensure efficient and responsible use of company assets.
• Promote and enforce safe working practices in compliance with local occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
