Hands-on Tech Lead | Hybrid | Central London | Up to £90k + Benefits
Global Digital Agency are hiring a hands‑on Tech Lead to lead the delivery of digital products across web, app, and AI platforms. Based near Oxford Circus, London, this hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office.
You’ll combine technical leadership with hands‑on development, working closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution architecture
- Provide hands‑on support across frontend and backend development
- Manage team delivery and resourcing through JIRA
- Oversee Azure hosting, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
- Drive code quality, QA standards, and E2E testing using Playwright
