The Design Lead – Villas will lead the creative, conceptual, and technical direction of interior design for luxury villa projects.
This role demands a refined design sensibility, deep understanding of high-end residential environments, and the ability to
drive excellence from concept through execution. The position involves managing a team of designers, coordinating with
clients and consultants, and ensuring every detail of the design aligns with the vision, budget, and project schedule
Skills
Strong design leadership with a portfolio showcasing high-end residential or villa projects.
Excellent aesthetic judgment and detailed technical knowledge in ID, FF&E, and materials.
Advanced skills in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Revit; familiarity with BIM workflows is an advantage.
Strong client-facing, presentation, and communication abilities.
