Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation and integration of the solution.
- Oversee engineering practices, including secure coding, code reviews, test automation, and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership to developers and testers on estimation, solution design, defect triage, and root cause analysis.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and environment setup across development, staging, and production environments.
- Ensure operational readiness, including observability, error handling, and production incident support, including after-hours support rotation when required.
- Drive system performance tuning, reliability improvements, and compliance with security standards.
