What you will do

Technical lead – Applied Chiller The technical lead will be part of the team responsible for managing and leading a team of mechanical and electrical design engineers focused for product development and sustenance of JCI Global products. He/she will have the skills that will meet the job demands for this year’s projects. The technical lead must possess the ability to self‐start with limited guidance. The technical lead will work alongside other engineering teams, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, and IT related personnel. This individual to hold meetings regularly to update activities and milestones. Manage engineering documentation, including BOMs, CAD models, and technical specifications. Evaluate and implement methodologies to enhance errorfree deliverables and CAD automation to improve individual productivity.
