We're building a new venture with a leading global engineering company specializing in flow and motion control technology, focused on commercial and industrial building aftermarket. The problem we focus on is the rising cost and difficulty of keeping buildings running well as the workforce that maintains them changes. Facilities teams are managing rising maintenance costs, aging assets with little visibility into their actual condition, and a workforce of experienced technicians that's retiring faster than it's being replaced.
