We are looking for an experienced people leader with a solid M&E background who can manage engineering teams and contractors, oversee building systems and controls, and maintain high service standards in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of allocated site areas across non-containment and some containment environments
  • Lead, manage and develop a technical team of approximately 12–20 engineers
  • Ensure day-to-day Hard FM service delivery, including PPM and reactive works
  • Manage BMS building services and controls systems, including fault finding and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met and maintained across all areas of responsibility
  • Assign and manage work tickets and preventative maintenance work orders via the CAFM system
