Job Description
- The Technical Executive, Facilities Management and the Senior Technical Executive, Facilities Management are the front line of the Managing Agent in responding to each School and Users, and to ensure that the Facilities Management Services under the Contract have been properly carried out and performed.
- Assist the Senior Technical Executive and the School in planning and programming all visits and maintenance services including implementation of Infrastructure Improvement Works with the Project Manager/project management team.
- The Technical Executive, Facilities Management will be the site supervisors and assist the Professional Quantity Surveyors in all site measurement and records. Uploading all field data to centralised computer system.
