Technical Event Projects & Estimation/Costing Manager

**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Technical Project Leadership**

+ Translate client briefs into technical solutions (AV, lighting, staging, rigging, LED, power distribution, etc.).
+ Develop technical concepts, layouts, and production strategies.
+ Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and external suppliers.
+ Oversee site inspections and technical feasibility assessments.
+ **(As required)** Lead end-to-end technical event project delivery.

+ **Estimation & Commercial Management**

+ Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations.
+ Conduct technical costing for labour, equipment, logistics, and subcontractors.
+ Ensure margin control and commercial viability of projects.
+ Participate in client budget discussions and value engineering.
+ Monitor cost variations and manage change orders.
