As a Level 2 and 3 Technical Engineer, you will handle technical support cases and independently manage installations, configurations, and integrations within Windows-based environments. Your expertise will also assist in supporting Microsoft Azure cloud deployments, ensuring security and scalability while enhancing patient care across Canada.
