Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Documentation Manger to drive the successful execution of Navy Navigation training implementations and technical documentation solutions. This individual will lead cross-functional teams consisting of Technical Writers, ECP/ECI Specialists, Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and functional subject matter experts while serving as the primary interface between the customer and the delivery team. The Technical Documentation Manger will combine strong technical expertise, product knowledge, and leadership capabilities to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery while building trusted customer relationships.
