Technical Director: Offshore Drilling PMT Leader

PEAK OCEAN PTE. LTD. is seeking a POG Technical Director in Singapore to act as the final technical authority for a drilling rig construction and reactivation project. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of engineering experience in offshore/marine industries, including 5 years in a leadership position.

Responsibilities include providing technical assurance, mentoring engineering teams, and leading compliance discussions with class societies. A master's degree and professional engineer registration are highly advantageous.
