About the Role
Egis is recruiting a Technical Director – MEP to lead design delivery across a 60-strong MEP team, operating across high-profile projects in the UAE and wider MESA region. Reporting to the Regional MEP Director, this is a senior technical and leadership role with full accountability for design quality, team performance, and client satisfaction across a geographically distributed team spanning the UAE, KSA, Egypt, Jordan, and India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring design quality, programme, and commercial performance
