The company has expanded rapidly, recently acquired a multi-billion-pound credit card portfolio, and is set for substantial growth in 2025 under new leadership. The product team is expanding from 10 to 13 members, and they are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to help drive delivery excellence across engineering.
The company’s vision is to offer innovative consumer finance solutions in partnership with leading consumer brands. With around 200 employees, the team is seeking a delivery-focused leader who can contribute to scalable, pragmatic improvements without large-scale upheaval.
