Job Description
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end software development and support for all work transitioned from Group, focusing on L3 production fixes. This includes analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and support, as well as managing production problems and incidents. You will also be accountable for quality assurance of the team’s delivery in accordance with the Bank‑defined software delivery methodology and tools, and partner closely with the Group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.
- Act as the focal point of contact for technical resolutions while managing the incident, problem and knowledge management processes for the applications in scope.
- Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution for outstanding problems or issues.
- Manage 3rd‑party product vendors and integration partners to ensure application code fix deliveries are timely and of good quality.
