Job Description
Role Summary
- The Technical Delivery Engineer (TDE) is responsible for technical implementation, configuration, integration, and deployment of Cloudwise solutions in client environments.
- The role acts as the technical bridge between CES (client-facing delivery) and R&D (product engineering) to ensure solutions are implemented according to product standards, architecture guidelines, and delivery best practices.
- The TDE ensures that customer requirements are translated into implementable technical specifications and delivered through standardized product capabilities wherever possible.
- Configure and implement Cloudwise platform modules (ITSM, AIOps, Observability, etc.)
- Translate approved functional specifications into system configuration
- Build workflow automation, dashboards, and operational processes within the platform
