Stratospherec LTD are delighted to be recruiting for a talented Technical Customer Success Analyst with a strong customer service background to join a growing team in central Bristol. They are based in beautiful offices in Central Bristol.

The company make a SaaS platform specialising in workforce screening, deployment, attendance, tracking, and financial management solutions used by national clients across the globe.

You will work closely with customers where required, but your primary responsibility will be supporting the wider Customer Success team by investigating technical issues, configuring customer environments, producing reports, assisting with integrations and ensuring implementations run smoothly.
