Technical Business Analyst Role for Digital Platforms

We are looking for a technically sharp and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to support theevolution of our customer-facing digital platforms, including eCare, Super App, eCommerce, and Webexperiences.

As part of our Digital Product organization, you will operate within the technical layer of our platforms —understanding API contracts, integration flows, and system behavior — to define precise technicalrequirements that accelerate delivery. You will partner closely with Technical Product Owners,architects, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating complex integration ecosystems, reading APIspecs, debugging system behavior, and translating that technical understanding into well-definedrequirements that engineering teams can execute without ambiguity.
