Technical Business Analyst

As our highly valued Technical Business Analyst (API) based in Brisbane your role will connect business intent to reusable, scalable and well-designed enterprise grade API's  across the enterprise integration layer.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Translating business needs into clear, technically actionable API requirements, artefacts and delivery outcomes
• Working closely with API engineers, architects and stakeholders to shape reusable enterprise services rather than one-off integrations
• Supporting the prioritisation and delivery of API initiatives aligned to enterprise strategy and platform capability
• Analysing business processes, customer journeys and domain requirements to identify integration opportunities and dependencies
• Producing high-quality technical documentation that improves delivery clarity, consistency and long-term maintainability
