Job Description
We are looking for someone to join our team as an S&T Technical Assistant. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on experience in color formulation and laboratory operations, offering an excellent opportunity to build a career in technical support within the coatings industry. You will report directly to the Project Manager. You will be based onsite at the PPG PJ Plant.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate automatic spraying machines to spray color panels
- Perform hand spraying of color panels
- Accurately weigh color formulas
- Collect warehouse materials on a daily basis
- Maintain 5S standards and ensure EHS compliance in the laboratory area
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Colourist / Colour Chemist
Qualifications
- High school diploma or above
- Proficiency in standard English communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
