Technical Artist Support (Madrid)

As a Technical Artist Support, you will be responsible for helping assigned departments to solve basic technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Fixes the issues in the assigned scenes.
• Helps artists to solve simple bugs.
• Reviews pending tickets.
• Assists artists when issues arise in the day-to-day processes of the department – e.g., creating work scenes, publishing work, preparing renders for dailies, etc.
• Tests libraries such as Houdini's HDAs and prototypes.
• Updates basic documentation. Reviews and updates the technical documentation related to the workflows and tools of the department that they support.
• Is responsible for asset assemblies and updates.
• Attends technical meetings as requested, to stay trained and updated in the new studio/department tools, pipelines, workflows, etc.
