TECHNICAL ARCHITECT (BIM)

• Develop and coordinate technical design packages for high-rise projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Lead and manage BIM workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in Revit models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Provide technical guidance to junior architects and design staff.
• Participate in design review meetings and client presentations.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Must have8-10 years of proven experience as a Technical Architect, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong track record in high-rise project design and delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit and advanced BIM experience.
