Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional within the bowling or technical service industry to lead our Technical and Service operations. This role is responsible for delivering hands‑on leadership across installations, service delivery, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership capability, and operational discipline. They will oversee complex installations, manage departmental performance, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service standards. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on involvement, with the ability to lead internal teams and coordinate external partners to successfully execute projects.
Working closely with the Project Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, and Centre Facilities teams, this role is critical in driving technical excellence, operational efficiency, and customer success.
