Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management System (WMS) Technical Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize warehouse management applications and related supply chain systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in WMS configuration, database management, SQL/PLSQL development, system integrations, and production support. This role requires close collaboration with warehouse operations, supply chain teams, and technology stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize WMS parameters, workflows, business rules, and system settings to align with warehouse operational requirements.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for WMS applications and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
