Technical Analyst (ATM)

We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.
Hybrid - 2 -3 days a week in office located in Scarborough
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and verify ATMs ' functionalities, log defects in JIRA
- Document changes, track test status, and generate reports
- Collaborate with the development team to align with release schedules
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of IT working experience
- Hands‑on experience with SQL
