Your role

• You apply your knowledge and expertise in software development to develop and grow the capability within your department.
• You are a people developer: nurturing and growing a team to embrace new ways of working and inspiring them to a sense of purpose.
• You operate in a product‑led organisation, working closely with product managers and stakeholders to align technical direction with business outcomes.
• You are comfortable engaging directly with customers and partners when technical depth and credibility are required.
• You report to the Head of Business Solutions and contribute to the broader Business Solutions leadership agenda.
