TECH - OR/SURGICAL SEASONAL

Assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Ensures operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure. Monitors PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies. Cleans and sterilizes all surgical instruments.

As a Seasonal OR Tech, you will not be eligible for any additional add-on pay including but not limited to shift differential, critical pay, charge pay, certification pay, or any other additional differentials that may be implemented in the future. The seasonal program can only be extended and approved by the CEO or COO of FDRMC.Stipulations:• May not have worked for any FDRMC facility for the past 6 months;• Seasonal OR Tech's will be required to float to other areas where they are deemed competent to work;• Seasonal OR Tech’s will be required to be available to work at least four (4) full week-end shifts per month as needed by the hospital.
