Tech Lead - Backend Architecture (Java/Kotlin, Node.js)

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Tech Lead to oversee the technical department and mentor 5 backend engineers. You will guide backend architecture across Java/Kotlin (Spring) and Node.js, collaborating with frontend teams to deliver scalable platforms. You will drive architectural direction, own production health and automation pipelines, reduce technical debt, and mentor the team through code reviews and workshops, shaping delivery and best practices.
