Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for AI engineering across the Consumer Experience AI Team by establishing and coding standards, improving development practices, and accelerating delivery of scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and speed across all AI engineering activities.
• Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices for AI solutions.
• Lead technical design reviews and code reviews across AI use cases and platforms.
