Role Overview
You’ll be part of the front and/or kitchen team, making sure customers get great food and a smooth experience. This isn’t a “stand around and wait” job - you need to be switched on, efficient, and good with people.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food according to Superhero standards
Deliver fast, friendly customer service
Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times
Work efficiently during busy periods
Communicate clearly with team members and managers
Upsell menu items when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills (English required, Norwegian is a plus)
Reliable and punctual - no excuses
