Overall Job Purpose
The Team Manager: Operations Internal Control, Risk and Compliance is responsible for leading and overseeing technical administration, internal control monitoring, quality assurance and operational compliance activities within Life Operations. The role ensures that FICA-related processes, system controls and operational procedures are effectively implemented, monitored and improved to support adherence to the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), the Risk Management and Compliance Programme (RMCP), audit requirements and internal service standards. The role also provides team leadership, workload coordination, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement support to strengthen risk management, process control and operational delivery.
