Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end execution of telecom site installation and commissioning activities (Microwave & BTS/Node B etc) at site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery as per Huawei and operator standards with Riggers.
- Lead team of 4 people (Self + 3 Riggers) for site installation & commissioning of:
- Microwave links (ODU, IDU, alignment)
- BTS / Node B / eNodeB equipment
- Ensure proper:
- Feeder routing, grounding, and labelling
- Power connections (DC/AC)
- Perform commissioning activities:
- Software loading
- Integration with NOC
- Link alignment & optimization
- Conduct ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) with client/vendor
- Coordinate with:
- NOC / Integration teams
- Customer representatives (e.g., Huawei, Globe...
