Team Leader, RPMS (Real Property Spatial Services)

The Team Leader, Real Property Management (RP Spatial Services), oversees multiple project management support teams and supports real property projects, including specialized teams delivering Real Property Spatial (RPS) data services (e.g., CAD/BIM and GIS). The incumbent acts as a technical specialist, leading and integrating activities for complex projects and spatial initiatives. The incumbent leads a team of professionals and manages the human resources responsibilities for the team. The incumbent also manages the Client-Partner relationship and supports the coordination and continuous improvement of Real Property Spatial (RPS) Program Management Office (PMO) activities, contributing to governance, planning, reporting, and operational oversight for spatial initiatives, projects, and services that support real property, infrastructure, envi...
