ob Title: Team Leader – Google Pay (Field Sales) Location: (Location) Experience: 2–5 Years Job Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 5 Field Sales Executives. - Motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. - Guide team members in acquiring new merchants for Google Pay. - Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback. - Conduct field visits with team members to support sales activities. - Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. - Ensure proper onboarding and activation of new merchants. - Resolve team issues and maintain high productivity. - Coordinate with the manager to achieve business goals.
