Description

As a Team Leader for both the Front of the House and Back of the House, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and customers.

• Manage and train staff in both areas
• Ensure high standards of service and food quality
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for efficient operations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain inventory and order supplies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
