Team Leader- In- Room Dining

We are seeking a well-experienced Team Leader- In Room Dining who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the department within the Food & Beverage Division.

In this role, you will ensure the exceptional service delivery to all guests and assist in conducting shift briefings, meetings & training sessions. You will maintain an effective link between the kitchen & service areas while monitoring the quality of food and beverage. Likewise, you will effectively practice service recovery skills and provide F&B specialist advice to guests & colleagues as required.
