Team Leader, High Court (Civil) – Flexible Hours

The Ministry of Justice seeks a Team Leader for the Auckland High Court - Civil Jurisdiction. This permanent, full-time role focuses on driving performance by developing staff and delivering timely justice services to court users, with up to 9 direct reports.

You will lead with a customer-focused approach, foster inclusive leadership, and support ongoing professional development through the Ministry’s Leadership Framework. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is required.
