TEAM LEADER GR1: MINING (Grading B4) Job specification Grade 11 or equivalent NQF4 qualifications Proficient in English and any other of the 11 official languages Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground mining, with at least 2 years in a Team Leader role. Must have a valid Competency A certificate Sound knowledge of underground mining operations, legislation, and safety protocols. Valid medical fitness certificate for underground work. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. South African Citizenship Clear Criminal Record Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and supervise underground mining crews to achieve production targets.
