About the Position

The Grooming Team plays a vital role in the daily operation of Narvik Ski Resort. Together, we are responsible for delivering outstanding skiing conditions throughout the winter season while preparing slopes and competition venues for major international events.

As the Team Leader for the piste groomers, you will prepare and maintain alpine slopes, transport routes, training areas and competition venues. The role requires technical understanding, sound judgement and the ability to work independently in demanding weather and snow conditions. Much of the work takes place during evenings, nights and early mornings, where precision and attention to detail are essential for creating safe and enjoyable skiing experiences.
