Team Leader, ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages)
We are seeking an experienced people leader to join us as Team Leader, ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages). Leading a team of up to six staff, you will oversee the delivery of ESOL‑related advice, support and services to schools and provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of up to six staff members.
- Oversee the delivery of ESOL‑related advice, support, and services to schools.

- Synthesise diverse evidence, facilitate reflective practice with experienced professionals, and translate insights into practical, system‑level improvements.
Qualifications
- Recent experience working in CALD (Culturally & Linguistically Diverse) education contexts in Aotearoa New Zealand.
