Job Description

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of electricians, AC technicians, and plumbers to ensure smooth execution of installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. The role involves supervision, technical support, planning, and coordination to deliver high-quality MEP works in compliance with safety and project requirements.
Main Accountabilities
- Lead, supervise, and assign tasks to the MEP team (Electrical, AC, Plumbing).
- Plan and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, panels, lighting, HVAC systems, piping, and plumbing fixtures.
