Role Summary

This operational and management role is all about driving performance through the development of staff to deliver timely justice services to all customers of the court within specific jurisdictions. As the Team Leader, Senior Courts, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient and effective operation of New Zealand’s High Court. Leading a dedicated team, you will manage day‑to‑day work priorities, allocate resources, and ensure the smooth flow of both criminal and civil cases through the Court.
