Job Description
This role is to lead the SAP IBP & P2P Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Information and Technology (I&T) organization at BRP. This group consists of both functional and technical experts supporting the planning and procurement business functions. The team is responsible for supporting BRP’s operations and strategy by ensuring operational continuity, delivering continuous value and optimizing application portfolio.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SAP IBP and P2P professionals engaged in programs, project implementations, small improvements delivery and application support.
- Ensure effective coordination between squads, drive continuous improvement in delivery and support operations across geographies.
