About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead / Senior Recruiter – US Non-IT Recruitment to join our growing staffing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment across domains such as Healthcare, Pharma, Engineering, Manufacturing, Administrative, Light Industrial, Customer Service, and other non-technical requirements.
The candidate should possess excellent sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and team handling skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
