Job Description

As a Production Team Lead, you will oversee the activities of your work team, ensuring priorities are followed, and that assemblers have the appropriate tools and training. You will ensure workplace safety protocols are in place and act as a technical resource for team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks are organized according to the priority list.
• Serve as a technical resource for team members.
• Help optimize the assembly process with the goals of reducing costs, improving product quality, and enhancing employee safety.
• Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure accurate and adequate assembly documentation.
• Ensure that team members are versatile to handle unexpected changes.
• Perform the duties outlined in the mechanical assembler job description.
• All other production‑related tasks.
