Position: Team Leader

Location: Malad, Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage a team of customer support associates in a dynamic and performance-driven environment. Candidates from Banking, BFSI, International Customer Support, International BPO, or Customer Service backgrounds are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day team operations and ensure achievement of performance targets.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and service levels.
  • Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
