Job Summary:

We are looking for a Team Lead – Claims, Banking, Escalation background &Customer Support to oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, and ensure high-quality service delivery across claims processing and customer support functions. The candidate should have strong experience in the Claims domain along with exposure to customer handling in a BPO/Customer Support environment.
