Position Summary

Interwood Mobel is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Team Lead – Kitchens, Doors & Wardrobes (KDW) to lead category growth, drive sales performance, and ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of KDW sales targets through effective business development and pipeline management.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, increase conversions, and grow category revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Sales, Design, and Technical teams.
• Oversee project execution from lead generation through order completion, delivery, and installation.
