Team Lead for Youth Programs

Become a Team Lead at Spirit of Our Youth with Taproot Community Support Services. This full-time position involves staff supervision, care coordination, and implementing culturally informed youth programs.

In your role as Team Lead, you'll supervise daily group home operations, support staff performance, and advocate for First Nations, Metis, and Inuit youth. Your experience in Child and Youth Care, along with your commitment to a trauma-informed approach, will be vital as you prepare menus, plan activities, and provide training. This permanent position includes on-call responsibilities and an inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise program staff and provide ongoing feedback
• Review staff schedules, timesheets, and conflict resolutions
